This week the broads get into a motivating and passionate discussion about volunteering. How there is such beauty in the giving. Being a part of seeing a human get a hand up is one of the greatest gifts we have been given. Volunteering can aid in anxiety, depression, loneliness, and feeling isolated as it pulls us away from our own sometimes levels of too much about our self and our needs.
