Overview: This is a TRANSFORMATION episode.
These episodes are a gateway to the transformation of our energy field, serving as the catalyst for wellness and spiritual awakening. They illuminate the path to higher consciousness, inviting us to reawaken to the truth of who we are and embrace our innate ability to transform our energy being.

• When we start to play with this energy, we start to speak to our mind, body, and being, the activating energy of the system, and we start to say, “I want to feel the activation. I want to experience it,” and you're opening the doorway for more to come. Know that right now you are activating your energy field.
• We can receive the healing and the wellness, the confidence, the assurance, the calmness, peace, the inner strength. We need to be willing to give and receive as our breath comes in and out. And so it is as the rhythm of life.
• The point of pain will always reveal what it is that is the truth. When we take the point of our pain and we harness it, we can generate it into another frequency of our strength.
• We relay energy through our own field because we are generators of energy and this divine heart is the connecting point. Don't forget that your beautiful heart, that feels so much, can heal so much. It's the best connector through us.
• Activate and generate powerfully, purposefully. That's what we are here to do.
