Kristi is an artist who stepped into somatic counseling "by accident." She has coached Oscar winning celebrities and was named in BACKSTAGE as one of "LA's Best Dance Instructors" in 2016. Through teaching movement, she discovered the incredible healing benefits of embodiment that led her to start the somatic counseling practice she has today, along with launching her own healing modality-- KRIA Method-- which combines dance & somatic movement for deep transformation. Kristi is passionate about empowering her clients to access their own inner healer, and continues to create uplifting music to share with the world!
