The e-mail you find in your inbox that promises a loss of five inches off your waist in one week if you drink a certain combination of juices and herbs before bed.

Or the late night infomercial that tell you that if you count a certain number of macros each day and that will guarantee you a weight loss of 10 pounds in a week.

There are so many lies, half-truths, and myths regarding weight loss out there and you need to be cautious about what you believe and what you ignore.

In this week’s podcast, I will disprove the eight most common myths that baffle emotional eaters, and results in them quitting on themselves and their weight loss efforts.
