You hear it everywhere - change your mindset, change your life. There is so much out there about the importance of changing your mindset or being in the right frame of mind to get better results. But how do you actually change a mindset? What practical ways can you do that in the moment? Why is it even important?

In this episode, I discuss our human condition and why it is actually important to know not only how to change your mindset, but when to change it.

I teach you how to recognize your own human condition and how we step down mentally 50-100 times a day and then I reveal a few practical strategies to change your mindset, in the moment to answer the call to greatness instead of stepping down.

Lastly, I share a couple of stories about a few breakthroughs I had in my life when I realized, through a mindset shift, that my suffering and frustration was completely optional. In fact, I learned that one of the most powerful mental processes you can have is to be able to separate out your suffering from your reality. Most people have never experienced this feeling.

Hold on to your hats when you listen to this episode my people! Cannot wait to hear what it unlocks for you.
