There is a book that is only about 125 pages and that is all you need to read to being your journey of personal freedom. "The Four Agreements" written by Don Miguel Ruiz is more than a gift; it is a miracle. When I started practicing the "4" agreements immediately my burdens began to lift off my mind and shoulders. I began to stand tall with goals and the hard work to make them come true.
Come on, some of you surely have heard of this book as Oprah and Ellen are "HUGE" fans!
THE FOUR AGREEMENTS ARE:
1. BE IMPECCABLE WITH YOUR WORD
2. DON'T TAKE ANYTHING PERSONALLY
3. DON'T ASSUME
4. ALWAYS DO YOUR BEST.
If you are struggling and you want the quick fix, I really think this is it if you make these agreements and practice. I can't believe I am saying this but I am saying this!
