In this episode of The Jordan Syatt Mini-Podcast, I talk all about travel and fitness with my trusty podcast producer, Tony. I talk about the entire spectrum of taking a day off for a dinner or a wedding to situations in which you are traveling for extended periods with little control over your schedule and everything in between. I highlight how important it is to realize you aren't going to ruin your diet or fitness program over the course of your travel, but I also go over some tips and thoughts on how to keep the gears moving when you're on the road, including getting out for a walk, ways to think about food and eating out at restaurants, and exercises and implements that are easy to take along with you on your journey.
