Calories Are Calories So how true are these statements?

Are they true at all?

Is it just marketing talk?

Or are they maybe just not telling the full picture? In this episode of the podcast I will speak about 1. Whether fat is bad or not. Is all fat actually bad? Isn't there both good and bad fats? What will it do to our bodies that's so bad? 2. Whether sugar is bad or not. Is all sugar actually bad? Isn't there both good and bad sugars? What will it do to our bodies that's so bad? 3. Is it really true that calories are calories? Can they really all just be the same? Doesn't it matter what source the calories are coming from? What does the body do with calories and what if we consume too many? and I speak about a few other related topics and angles on these subjects too. My goal, as always, is to clear up the confusion and share the truth in a way that makes sense and is easy to understand so that you can apply in your life. Once you follow my guidelines you will be free to make the decisions that will serve and improve your life experience Make sure you pay attention to what I am teaching you and most importantly implement it. Knowledge is not power. It is the implementation of knowledge that is power. It is the only way that anything will change for you in your life. Once you implement what I teach you on this episode you will see results within a week!!
