It will be illustrated in the actions that you take. It's lack of will show in what you tolerate in life and what you just go along with. This is why it is so crucial to commit to working on yourself throughout your life. Everyone has baggage, traumas, limiting beliefs, societal and environmental conditioning. This is what everyone is up against in getting to a place of true self love. In this episode of the podcast I will speak about 1. Why self esteem does ultimately decide your quality of life and happiness and what key things impact it 2. Key steps in building your self esteem bit by bit. 3. The importance of self care and regaining control of your mind, body and health in getting to a point of positive self esteem and self image and most importantly self love.
