I’ve been helping other people achieve their American Dream for the last 30 years of my life. I realize that’s not how everyone probably views selling insurance and financial planning, but they should. I’m the CEO and top producing agent of Sirak Financial Services in Canton, Ohio. It’s a financial institution that’s been around for 60 years. It was started by my father, Stan Sirak, who taught me the most important lesson of my career: “My job isn’t to make as much money as I can. It’s to help the other person in my room accomplish their goals.” I’ve written two books. The first, If Your Money Talked - What Secrets Would It Tell? is about personal finance and the most common mistakes people make with their money. I’ve seen so many people make the same mistakes again and again with their money - so I decided to do something about it. The second, The American Dream Revisited: Ordinary People, Extraordinary Results, is a deeply personal topic for me. While it’s true it was a serendipitous conversation at a coffee shop that spurred me on to write it, the ideas and beliefs of the book have been with me for my entire life.
