In today's episode, you'll hear from sound healer, Jeannie Perrault, based in Methuen, MA. Jeannie is a mom, sound healer, yoga teacher as well as a Reiki and B.E.S.T. practitioner. She is the retreat leader of this year's winter wellness retreat at YMCA Camp Chingachook in Kattskill Bay, NY from February 23-25, 2024 as part of Kate Lemay's Let Your Soul Shine and Enjoy the Journey Tour. The theme of the retreat is Frequency, of which Jeannie knows well as she offers numerous sound experiences across New England playing on her Crystal Singing Bowls along with other modalities.
Jeannie shares how loss helped her seek healing in retreat, the simple gifts it lends and how she loves to collaborate with family and friends to provide an inspiring, relaxing experience for all who attend retreats and workshops.
