Here is what we truly believe is the number one tactic you can use for your physical healing. If you have a chronic illness or disease, I’m bringing you the best medicine possible. And I’ll preface it by saying...I don’t like it either. I’ve broken bones, and I don’t like wearing a cast to heal. But I do. I’ve dealt with psychological things and seen therapists. Not a great joy. But I want the help. The topic today is...not eating food. For a prolonged period. In order to enable the body to heal. Eating throughout the day, from morning till night, is something humans have done only for a very short amount of time. A time where we’ve seen a massive rise in chronic illness and disease. Our bodies were created for an intended to get a break from food. In this episode we discuss just this, prolonged fasting. And you’ll hear me address that I do not, at all, like to not eat. I love to eat. But I also love to feel great. To perform at a top notch level. I don’t want aches and pains, now at 50 or in the future at 90. I want to think clearly and creatively. I want to be fully mobile and spry. I have no reason to give these up. And taking times to not eat and let my body heal is paramount for all this. You don’t have to abstain from food for 30 days. But mere intermittent fasting is not enough. So...here you go. The episode your taste buds and belly don’t want to hear, but the rest of your body is starving for.
