Importance of Clarifying your Mission and Core Values

Last year after realizing how out of alignment with my core values the mission of my business was, I got clarity on what I want my brand to stand for and how that mission is connected to what I value the most in life. Without having this clarity, I was open to taking on others mission for their business, which lead to compromising my core values to attain someone else's vision of success.
