Jasper is a special makeup and creature effects artist,haunted house effects designer, and specialty prop maker. He has worked on such projects as The Boys, Titans, The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance, and multiple MCU Movies. We discuss how he got into the industry because of his love of Halloween effects and decorations, getting into makeup because of the Dick Smith's course, his first job at Legacy Effects, working on tight deadlines, his work on Dark Crystal, working with different shops and studios, problem solving within the industry, his work on the Muppets Haunted Mansion, working with NDA's with physical medium, his work on Marvel/DC/The Boys, using 3D printing to make props, and when to use VFX over SFX.
