This is the advice that a guy called Thomas from Kempis is giving us. Now long dead, Thomas, was a German monk in the Middle Ages, and he wrote a book that, ever since, has been a fundamental spiritual scripture for many people. What is the advice he gave in his book? It's a really simple one: make time for introspection... How do we do that?!
