Most of us have spent our entire lives, keeping our emotions bottle inside of us because we were told that it wasn’t polite to share them or that crying was for babies or that we have to put a face on for other people. We call these trapped emotions.

You do not have to pretend to be anything other than yourself. But what has happened is that we are now adults with piles and piles of emotions and trash inside of us that absolutely is going to have to come out in one way or another. If we think about emotions like hoarding in the house, you can see how it’s impossible to just allow something in and then feel it and allow it to move out when there’s no clear pathway, no immediate route, and no relief.

Today we’re going to talk about what happens to the body both physically and emotionally when we keep those emotions inside of us. Let’s talk about living in anger, sadness, frustration or fear. All of these emotions will wreak havoc on our body and on our emotional intelligence as long as we keep them inside.

Once we become aware that these emotions are just chilling inside of us, then we get to start the process of releasing them. We will talk about how you can do that in the future, especially if you want to join the membership, we are magnetic women, because this is is our focus for December. It’s a detox of the mind and the body that will allow for us to have more space to feel all the feels, if you want to check out more information about that, the link is above.

As a Spiritual Coach and fellow Artist, I have been able to see the joy in running a business intuitively and from a healed space. Join us bi-weekly as we dive into what you may be experiencing in your life and how to change your perspective around your individual and unique needs as an Entrepreneur.

Huge spoiler, this does not have to be the "grind" and it doesn't have to be the hardest you will ever work. It can be a blessing but often times that requires more self-work. Learning to release the past and embracing all the beautiful things that form the person you are today. So, let's get comfy and dig into the real work.......YOU.
