I will be the first person to admit that even I deal with bad days.

Here’s the thing about bad days. Sometimes it is purely an emotional imbalance going on inside. Sometimes it’s hormonal and other times it’s things that are done on the outside of our worlds that do affect us on a deeper level.

Whether it’s a personal issue or relationship, or something else, the best thing that you can do for yourself, is to take a minute to process whatever is going on inside.

In this meditation, I will walk you through how to do that, including grounding your energy, and diving into the throat and heart chakra to help things move out. We are simply taking the idea of processing emotions and allowing them to happen at a faster rate.

I know how difficult it can be to balance the demands of your creative business with your own family or personal needs.

To often we face inevitable bouts of feeling burned out and stressed. The exhaustion and lack of creative inspiration, is the reason so many people want to give up on their creative business. As a result of overwork and overwhelm, we search for help to get us unstuck but all that’s offered is a bandaid or a temporary solution

But not here.

It is my hope that through this podcast, I will be able to teach you how to recognize these subconscious programs and limiting beliefs and overcome the trials of running a business in a competitive and sometimes over saturated world. When we can truly heal past traumas and negative beliefs we heal our lives holistically and confidently live out our purpose. That is my goal for each of you.
