In this episode, I sit down with Matt Blackburn, for a very candid conversation largely surrounding "changing your mind" and evolving in a culture that largely still safely operates in a dogmatic manner . Matt is the founder and owner of Mitolife, the host of Mitolife Radio Podcast, the creator of the CLF Protocol, and has truly dedicated his life towards alternative health research. As someone who people have looked towards for health information that's typically absent from conventional health circles, he has also seen much backlash in recent years for changing his mind on multiple concepts, upon being presented with new information and research. Coming from a place of a once pretty stiff belief system, Matt now feels that being open to changing your mind can positively shift your health and your life from all angles.
