Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology, PostDoc in geriatric nutrition. 15 minutes of fame for "Twinkie Diet" - with appearances on CNN, Fox News, Doctors, NPR, Sottish/British Radio, and several local TV and radio programs. Research grants and publications in areas of metabolism, body composition, sports nutrition, and diabetes.
