Whatsup everyone! It's Michael here and I'm super excited to share my personal journey and the roots behind creating Terra Health Coaching. I share my story about my early years pursuing becoming a doctor. As I started getting involved. I started noticing how we were not addressing lifestyle change which would heal these people's true issues, not just temporarily treat symptoms. Terra is founded on the principles of lifestyle medicine and our vision is to support physicians and incentivize them to make lifestyle behavior change the first step in everyone's health journey.
