We are going to be going over five moves that you never want to lose, with a goal to teach you how to move your body better…. so that you feel better in your body today and every day in the future.
We will cover these five different movements that you never want to lose and if you've already lost the ability to do these movements… then I'm going to let you in on a few strategies that you can use beforehand, in order to lead up to being able to do them again.
These are really important because they represent fundamental movements of the human body that allow you to live your life in a way that feels easy and doesn't cause a lot of pain. So practice these moves frequently at least every single week. Figure out a way to slide them into your daily life and your body will be able to do ALL the things you want to, for as long as possible.
