The truth is, weight loss is not difficult. It's not rocket science. It just requires change and consistency with healthy lifestyle actions over time.

Anyone can do this, if they choose to.

But for the majority, losing weight is the hardest thing they've ever done in a lifetime. What makes it so hard?
