What would you do right now if you were absolutely certain you would succeed? The fear of failure is an insidious enemy that works to convince you that you cannot take a chance because if you fail, there will be catastrophic consequences. But the fear of failure is lying to you!
It is time to clearly define what success looks like in the short, mid, and long term, and give ourselves permission to be imperfect as we are in process. The fear of failure looms large over so many, but the truth is that you CAN do what is in your heart to accomplish if you will simply understand that you are allowed to learn as you go or even change direction as new information becomes available to you.
