📌 Getting distracted.
📌 Not allocating accurate time based on realistic* time needed for specific task.
📌 Not being specific with small task within blocks of time allocated to large task.
📌 Not batching work/errands.

You will never* get more time. So “not having time” can no longer be your excuse to not reach your goals.

This is part 3 of a 3 part series about task & time management.

I give you my personal hacks, tips & boundaries to guarantee I don’t “lose” time.

My ultimate goal as a coach is to teach my girls how to task & time manage based on their values, goals & life they’re trying to build.

Without this skill, life will control you & your body will reflect that.
