Beer on the dock, wine with friends, cocktails on a patio, butter tarts and burgers, ice cream and s'mores by the fire are all apart of what makes summer well, summer for me!

But all of these things can wreak havoc on our hormones when we are already going through the transition of perimenopause. After 6 summers of happy hormones, no weight gain, and many great memories, I wanted to share my 5 tips to maintain balance and still feel great in Perimenopause!
