Overachieving to burnout pipeline (Perfectionism Series)

This type of perfectionist is not afraid of success, but rather what's going to happen if they stopped achieving. Will people still like you? Will people still find you valuable? Will you still be and feel worthy? This burnout has long term consequences on your health that take YEARS to rectify, including the toll is takes on your adrenal glands, emotions, and nervous system. From a nervous system perspective (aka also why we do breathwork around here), it means training your nervous system to feel safe without triggering it to go into hyperaroual (the part where you do too much and burn yourself out).

Do you relate?

Come heal through perfectionism - we begin Feb 28, 2024

The 6 weeks are curated for community, connection, and healing from a deep psychosomatic, psychological, and emotional level, while leaving space to connect with the wisdom within.
