Most people wouldn’t point to getting poisoned by pesticides as a turning point in their life – much less a positive one. Today’s guest, Udo Erasumus, can.

After learning what pesticides did to his body, he started to discover there were flaws in today’s common oils and fats. However, rather than just wondering what happened to him, he took action and started to do research.

On today’s episode, we talk to Udo Erasmus, accomplished author of “Fats That Heal, Fats That Kill”, which has sold over 250,000 copies and “The Book on Total Sexy Health,” as well as the founder of his own brand of oils, Udo’s Choice. Udo’s background includes studies in biochemistry, genetics, biology, and nutrition as well as a master’s degree in counseling psychology. Udo has also impacted numerous lives by passionately conducting live presentations, media interviews, staff trainings, and traveled to 40-plus countries with this message on how to achieve perfect health.

Discover the flaws of the current state of today’s oils, what they do to our bodies, and how a simple oil change can have radical effects on our health. In addition, Udo has generously offered all of you a free digital download of his book “Your Body Needs an Oil Change”, along with free access to his video course.
