Hello everyone, in this episode of In The Moment I'd like to give all of you some tools to get out of anxiety and depression, and I want to start from my own life story. I can't believe it was 10 years ago when I was living constantly in depression. Like a fish in the sea, I didn't know what water is... I was just living in it, in my depression, believing it was the norm. Only after a breakdown I realized that I needed to change. In particular, I want to explore 3 key principles that have been useful to me: Recognizing, Accept, Growth. I want you to know that all of this is available to you too, if you feel like you're struggling.
