Happy December! As we close out the year, I want to encourage you to do some mindful writing or journaling. If you're in need of a digital journal, then I highly recommend Journey. I've used a lot of different journaling apps and since I found Journey, my search ended. It's easy to use, can organize and categorize your entries. Allows for attachments, geotagging, and more. AND it has a Coach feature that helps you with prompts and encouragement.
