Kelsey began her wellness journey as an integrative gut health coach. As she began working with clients to navigate their digestive issues she soon realized that a lot of it was in correlation with energetic and emotional suppressed energy and traumas. She went on to become certified in birth imprints and childhood trauma-informed coaching and somatic breath work facilitation. Today, Kelsey helps her clients get to the root of their traumas, challenges, and wounds to release them from the cells, tissues, and organs of their bodies. Creating a healthier, happier, more optimistic lifestyle by removing limiting beliefs, patterns, and deep-rotted programs and conditioning from clients' pasts. She is extremely passionate about plant medicines and psychedelics as healing alongside nutritional and lifestyle coaching. Kelsey holds sacred ceremonies, retreats, and workshops around the world.
