His story of how he managed his diagnosis, treatment and recovery is inspiring to anyone who listens.
We discuss his lifestyle pre cancer, how it may have helped his overall outcome.
We talk about the feelings that you get when you are diagnosed with cancer and how your mind takes over at such devastating news.
Jayden tells us what he did to prepare for chemotherapy which made it less destructive and possible more effective.
How he worked very hard at taking charge of his health and how important it was to his recovery and what he is doing now to help himself thrive once again.
