Rebecca reveals how the company was founded by her father Tom and his friend James after they had retired from a lifetime of building global brands for other companies such as Diageo, Moet Hennessey and Pernod Ricard. What started out as an adventure for two old men has become an exceptional company which fills a niche that nobody else had identified.
