What happens when we look beyond the basics of "herbs for fertility?"
Because let's be honest that quite often folks who are on a fertility journey, trying to conceive, are experiencing far more than a simple hormonal imbalance.
Though of course, some folks are... and we can look in that direction too.
The truth is though, that the path of TTC can be a long and meandering one for some, perhaps even resembling more of a spiral than a straight line.
So how can you support yourself with herbs? Your body, your mind, your spirit, as you traverse these many layers of the fertility continuum...
This episode is a tiny taste of what's possible, from the lens of my authentic and in-the-moment answering of questions with Françoise Molenaar from That Fertile Feeling podcast.
She interviewed me and I liked the conversation enough that I thought. "why not repost this?"
And since this week is SOLSTICE week, it's a perfect time to reflect on on the buoyant vibrancy of fertility.
So listen in to learn:

  • my story of how I became an "herbal womb wisdom keeper" (Françoise's words)
  • the best ways to get started working with herbs for cyclical health
  • why I think incorporating herbs for softening and moistening is a lost art
  • some herbs to support the womb-heart connection and miscarriage loss
  • some herbs to support the spirit layer of the fertility journey
  • my spontaneous intuitive reflections of why I think we're in an infertility crisis
