Social Rest: Spending time with supportive and energizing people while avoiding those who drain your energy.
Time away. This can look different for everyone.
Spiritual Rest: Connecting with something larger than yourself, be it through religious practices, meditation, or spending time in nature, can provide a sense of purpose and belonging.
